Temporary Dental Insurance
What I would like to know is if you can buy dental insurance for just one month? I just want to have insurance to get my cleaning and X-rays. With the cost of dental work every thing even cleaning are costly. However, I do not want to pay for dental insurance for a year just to have a cleaning I want to get it then dump it after I get what I want done. I know it may sound bad but why continue to pay for something if you only going to use it once? Can this be done or are you committed to a year?

No you can not. Most plan if they do not have a set policy term contract will have at least a thirty day written request to cancel clause.
So even on those plans the shortest period of time you would need to keep it would be two months.
