Dental Insurance Opinions, Need a dental crown for my molar.
I have dental insurance but it will not cover for my crown until another four months goes by. My crown fell off so I need to have it replaced. Can the dentist put back my crown that fell off until my waiting period is over for me to get a new one? I will wait out my waiting period since I do not have the money to pay for a new one. If the dentist can not put back on my old crown will my tooth be okay for another four months without one. What should I do?

A dentist should be able to re glue your crown back on if there is nothing wrong with the tooth. Talk to the dentist as see if your dentist feels it is okay to wait out the three months.

Re cementing your crown should not be too big of an issue. Just tell the dentist you want to save your old crown until your waiting period is up.
