Dental care, What is your opinion about this dental office.
I have been going to this one dental office Green Side Village Dental in OK now for a little over a year. Which mean I been there at three times. They are very friendly from the front office staffing to the dentist. However each time I go in they are always trying to up sell me on other procedures. One time it was whitening treatment and the next time was about getting braces. Each time I go it is something.
I feel like I am dealing with a salesman instead of a dentist. My last trip that I just had a few days ago the dentist told me that I should get a root canal done on one of my teeth that had an old filling. My thing is I am not sure if I really need a root canal or just a new filling. I am worried that they are once again just trying to up sell me to a more expensive dental service.

To suggest that you may want to whiten your teeth or to point out braces would fix you gaps. These are real issues. Unless you have white teeth with no gaps. Dentist are going to point these issues out.
I am not sure based on what you said that the dentist is now lying about you needing a root canal. A dentist would not do a root canal unless it is needed. So if you feel your current dentist is trying to cheat you by having you do dentist work that is not necessary, get a second opinion.
