Dental whitening, Using whitening strips
I would also like to know how long should I wait before putting on the whitening strip after brushing my teeth? Can you offer any helpful advise on keeping my teeth white so that I do not have to use whitening strips to offten.

You do not really have to wait to use the strips after brushing your teeth. Just make sure your teeth are clean before putting the teeth whitening strips on.
Keeping your teeth white. If you do not have dental insurance get some. That way you can see your dentist at least twice a year. Do not smoke, eat or drink food that can stain your teeth and if you do brush right away afterwords.

Follow the direction on the whiten strip box that you are going to use. I know so many people that do not do as directed then complain latter on how they did not get the results they wanted.
Stay away from coffee or tea and other types of food that can stain your teeth. If you are like me and really need a cup of joe in the morning to get you going then drink it though a straw. It is odd a first but you get use to it.

I only use crest whiten strips one time. I would brush my teeth then put on the strips about ten minutes latter. That seem to work well for me.
I follow up by brushing my teeth with whiten toothpaste to keep my teeth white.
