Whiter teeth in only five days
I have a wedding that I need to go to and I am in the wedding party. There will be tons of picture but I really do not like smiling in photos because my teeth look so dark in them. My teeth are not really bad just not nice and really white. But in photos they look dark and grayish. I really do not want my teeth to look that way in my friend wedding photos.
If I get the whiten strips that say they will whiten your teeth in five days do they really work? Or is it really just a little whiter? I never used whiting strips and my friend told me just to have it done by my dentist but that would cost me $100.00 and she not paying for it. Advise please.

Crest whitening strips worked for me. Just use them six to seven days before the wedding that way your teeth are at the whitest. Also make sure not to drink anything that will re stain them. At least before the wedding.

A dentist will get your teeth the whitest the fastest but strips work too. Like the one reply stated just use them right before the wedding date. Even if they only lighten them up a little it will still make your teeth look better so why not give them a try.

Dental whiten strips work okay and sure be find for the wedding. I found that my teeth did not stay white for a long time but you are only wanting it for this one day then they should be find for your current needs.
I agree that if your friend is not paying for your teeth to be whiten at the dentist she should not tell you to go there. I had my whiten at the dentist and it cost me almost $200 however it last so it worth the money if you want to do it for yourself and not for your friend sake.

I hated using whiten strips I tried them once and my teeth got really sensitive afterwords for over a month. It was not worth it to me to do again.
I know you do not have the time but if you want to whiten your teeth for yourself then do so over time. Get toothpaste with whitening. It will help to remove the stains over a longer time period so your teeth do not freak out and get crazy sensitive like mine did.
Then start doing thing so that you do not continue staining your teeth. Simple thing like drinking coffee and tea though a straw so that the liquid does not hit your teeth.
If you eat food that you know can stain your teeth rinse you mouth out with water if you can not brush right away.
Other wise if it all about the fried wedding photos I am going to agree go to a dentist that way you whiten your teeth the correct way and you get better results.
