Dental Care, I have a tootache and Orajel is not helping me much
Please I have a toothache for the past three days. I have been using Orajel but it only helps a little and for a short time period. I need something stronger. I do not have money to see the dentist so some advise other the going to the dentist would be helpful for me.

Well I am going to start by saying what you do not want to hear. “Go to the Dentist” only a dentist will be able to make it so that your tooth does not hurt you.
Anything thing other then that is like putting a band ade on an infected cut. It may help it not get dirty but it is not stopping the infection.
Going to the dentist does not have to be costly. You can go to a dental clinic for help they can be free to little cost if you are a low income status.
Check out dental schools they to can be a much cheeper option for dental care.
And lastly get some dental insurance. Have even a low cost dental plan will make going to the dentist much more affordable.

Well you know you need to see a dentist that why you are asking not to be told that. Anything else is only going to help the pain nothing eles
With that said, my mom would use garlic cloves and bite down on it with the bad tooth. It would help kill the pain. I would suggest trying to use a stronger pain killer I like Alive but whatever works for you.
Since your tooth is hurting you if you do not all ready have any infection you may want to prevent it by washing yout mouth out regurlary with a strong germ kill wash like Listerine. It may hurt some but better then getting an abcess.
