Florida Dental Care, What brand of whitening strips for teeth is best recommend?
I have been a part time smoker. I do not smoke but about a pack a month which at the time I really did not think was all that bad. I quite and have stop smoking now for a year. My teeth are not as white as I would like them but my dental insurance will not cover whitening treatments from a dentist. What is the best brand of whitening strips that work the best.?

I liked Crest Whiten strips they workd well for me and you can read reveiws about different whitening strips on line if you want.
I think any over the counter whiten strip will work for slightly stained up teeth. However if your teeth are really bad see a dentist about bleaching. Sometimes the cost is not as bad as you think and you may be able to workout a payment plan.

I used whiten stips before and they do work but they left my teeth really sensitive for over two weeks after words. I not sure if they all do that but the ones I used did.
That why now I just use tooth paste with whitening and brush my teeth three times a day. My teeth get whiter with out the side effectives it just takes a little longer to see the difference but it does work.

Cologate puts out a whitening stip product that I used once a while back. I got good results. Though my friend used it too and was not pleased by his results. So I guess it can depend on just how bad your teeth are and trying different products.

Even though I too have dental insurance with my employer as part of my benefits, it does not offer me coverage for whitening treatments and other cosmetic services I wanted to have done.
I went and got the Careington Dental Discount plan 502 in order to save some money off the dental services my dental insurance plan would not offer coverages on. This may be something you would like to look into do for yourself.
