New Hampshire dental care teeth whitening, How can I get the stains off my teeth?
My teeth have stains on them and I really want them to be whiten and have the stains removed. I am a non smoker but I do drink coffee and tea so I am not sure if that is why my teeth are not so white as they should be. I use toothpaste with whitening but it does not seem to really work for me.
I have dental insurance but I was told that they will not cover for teeth whitening treatment. So I can not have my teeth whiten by a dentist and do not know how to whiten my teeth for a low cost

You could buy a dental discount plan. On a dentist discount plan you would get a discounted savings off having your teeth whiten by a dentist. Normal savings runs around 20 percent.

Have you given any thought about trying Crest Whitening strips? Or anything like that frist? For me whitening strips really helped to whiten my teeth for little cost compare to going to have my teeth whiten by a dentist.

It is true that only a dentist can whiten your teeth the best. And if you are going to have a dentist whiten you teeth the getting a dental discount plan to save some money off the cost of the whitening treatment is a good idea.
But you may want to keep in mind unless you change what you are doing that is staining your teeth it will not take long for your teeth to get re stained. Something to keep in mind if you are going to put money into whitening your teeth.
