Please help for the past four days I have had this on and off again toothache in one of my back top molars.  It so bad that sometimes I can not sleep and I am getting ear and headaches.  You can guess how lame Christmas was for me when I could not even eat anything and no dentist have been open for business due to the Holiday’s.

I want to get my tooth fixed but I do not have dental insurance right now and would need something that would start ASAP so I can start to feel better.   Please advise I need help like yesterday.
