New York dental care, Using whitening strips
I live in New York and I have this friend that is not quite so smart as he thinks he is. He though that if he got whitening strips that whiten your teeth in seven days that if double the amount of time he was to keep them on he would whiten his teeth even faster. Now his teeth really hurt and he says it hurts to any thing hot and cold. He worried now he made have messed up his teeth. Will his teeth go back to normal over time or should he see a dentist about what he did?

How funny is that. Well normally whitening strips can make your teeth sensivitive for a week or two. So it is no suprise that he is having this issue when he over does what the instructions are stating.
That said I would give it a week or two to see if his teeth does start to feel better.

Yea that not too smart is it. I used crest whitening strips the way you are suposed to but even my teeth were sensitive for a little over a week afterwords. He should be find if he give it a week or two.
I say if he is still having the problem after that amount of time he should probley see a dentist.
