On your dental discount plan what is a couple?  Can it be an adult with a child or is it two married adults?  I am thinking about getting one of your dental discount plans for my son and I but I am not sure how I have to buy it.

Also never having a dental discount plan are they easy to use?  Do I need to pay in full and wait for a refund?  Can you tell me a little more about them?  Thanks.
