Please help.  I live in Maine and I have a really bad toothache pain in a back bottom right molar.  I think I also may have an infections becuse my mouth taste really bad once in a while.  I been washing my mouth out with strong mouthwash in order to help kill an germs that are going on but that just about kills me it hurts so bad. 

I do not have dental insurance and do not think I can afford the cost of having my tooth fixed.  Please do you have any dental plan that can help me.
