If you are really badly off and can not afford to get a dental insurance and or dental plan that will save you money off your dental care, see if there are any dental clinics near you that can help you out.
If you do have a dental clinic call them and see what their cost would be for dental services. Dental clinics are normally much cheaper then going to a local dental office. Depending on what you can afford to have done

Dental schools are okay places to go for lower cost dental care. However with dental clinics and dental schools they can be very busy and you can put on a wait list before you can get in.
I suggest getting either a low cost dental HMO insurance plan or a dental discount plan. Both of these types of dental plan will help you save money and normally do not have waiting periods so you can fix your dental problem fairly quickly

Since you do have a toothache reviewing the dental discount plan may be your better current dental plan option. Reason being is that on the dental discount plans we offer they all start within the next business day of your online order.
Letting you see any of the plan dental provides ASAP so that you can get your tooth fix and stop being in pain.
