Delta Dental HMO plan in Florida for a couple.  I am a single mom and I have a six year old daughter.  Right now I do not have dental insurance for either one of us.  I am looking for a good low cost dental insurance plan and came across your Delta Dental HMO offer here in Florida. 

I would like to know first that this is insurance and not a dental discount plan. Second can I get a couple plan for my daughter and I or do I need to get the family plan.  Not sure what is consider couple.   Also is this a good plan for basic dental care?
