Dental Insurance, HealthPlex dental plan in New York:  I been trying to find a low cost dental insurance plan in New York for the past few days.  I see many different dental discount plans but I need to get dental insurance for my children. 

I see that you offer a dental plan though HealthPlex and I want to make sure it is dental insurance and not a dental discount plan.  After trying to find dental insurance I can afford I want to make sure I am getting what I am thinking I am.  Please advise.
