I thought I would try and find a dental insurance plan that can help me out with the cost of getting the needed crown work.  I would like to know if you have any dental plans that can help me as well as if you can offer a quote on crown cost.

I have an old crown that is cracked and another one that is coming off all the time.  I do not have any dental benefits and the cost of two crowns would be more then I can afford on my own.

This is would be hard fro me to come up with.  I would really like to get a low cost dental insurance plan that would cut the crown cost at least in half.   If  it is a good low cost plan I would continue to keep it but as of right now I am not finding anything to really help me.

Now I can not recall what I did with them.  I do not want my teeth to start shifting again after my mom paid for my braces and everything but I do not see the dentist for another two weeks.  Will my teeth shift that soon?  Or can I use that time time look for my retainer?   My mom will be very upset if she has to pay for another one.

I have been looking at your dental plans and what crowns would cost if I got one of the dental plans that you offer and see there are many different crown types.  Can you explain  to me the difference of a metal crow,  a metal with porcelain and I do not see them but full porcelain crowns.  All I know is that my friends tell me to get a full porcelain crowns but I guess they really cost more then the other two.  Shopping out dental plans and information that will best help me in choosing one.   Thank you

However the dentist what to give me porcelain crowns that are going to cost $800 each.   I just can not afford to have all this dental work.  I am scraping up the money for the root canals as it is.  I told him I would just have cheap metal crowns for now which would cost less then 100.00 each.

My thinking is when I can better afford the more costly crowns I would get them at that time.  Is having metal crowns really all that bad when they are in the back of my mouth anyway.  Opinions on what you would do would be a great help in my decision process.

It is a bad tooth that I also put a small chip in it once.   I am worried that having a crown will hurt.  What does a dentist do to put a crown on?  Do I have to do anything special to take care of it?  Advise please

I went in for my basic X-rays and cleaning deal and was told that I have three cavities.  One of them being very large that the dentist told me I should have it crowned.  Adding crown cost and what my  plan will cover I am still looking at  a cost to me of around $575.00.  This is an added expense that I was not expecting to have when my teeth do not even hurt me. I would think if I had all that going on I would have know it.

I would like to know if I had a second opinion from another dentist would dental insurance normally cover for that?  I am not sure and it does not say any thing about it in the packet information they gave to me.

He wants to crown the tooth that needs a filling saying the filling is very large and it would protect the tooth better.  All of this would cost me  at little over $1500.00.  This is the first time I have been to a dentist in over two years and the first time with this dentist.  Should I be getting a second opinion?  Or shopping out his rate. I do not have dental insurance but it never really been and issue until now.  First is $1075.00 the going price for crowns these days or am I being taken.  Second if I got dental insurance just how much would it save me ?

My dental office told me that is good coverage for a crown.   However how do I know what the going price is for a crown so that I can have an idea of what my share of cost is going to be?  The dental office staffing told me they could not tell me what it would cost without seeing me first.  I know I only need the crown replaced.  Is there a way for me to find out before seeing the dentist.   Cost is going to be a factor on whether or not I have the crown replaced.

With my current insurance plan that would leave me with $350.00  but if the dentist uses the HMO plan at $380.00 and bills that off to my current policy then I would only have to pay $190.00 making it well worth the cost paying for the HMO insurance plan he takes.   Can I do this ?
