Your gums may be a little swollen do to the removal of your braces. Since you just had that done today give it a day or two to see if they get better. If not go to the dentist that did the work and see what they may advise for you to do.
Your crown should not come off but you may want to remind the dentist that it is there and to be extra careful of it.
