]]> I put a pea size amount of tooth paste on my toothbrush. I use the kind of toothbrush that vibrates. Turn on the water to get my brush damp. I turn off the water while I am brushing.   I brush from Left to Right in a circular motion for about 3 minutes.  I rinse out my mouth and toothbrush, then finish up with my mouthwash.
