Since you stated that you have used many of the different Crest whiten strips in the past. If the strips are not working out the best for you, maybe it is time to go to the dentist to have the whiten done. You want to be careful about over whiten your teeth
I would have some concerns about using whiten strips with your retainer. Keep in mind what whiten strips are. Whiting strips are like bleach for your teeth this may not be good for the metal part of your retainer.
