]]> I have no dental care benefits offer to me by my employer.  I have not been to a dentist in a few years and I know I will need X-rays and cleaning at the least.  I heard that Panorex X-rays can be very costly and I worry that I have to have one.  Can I get a dental plan that will help me with the cost of X-rays or do you have any idea of cost so I can put aside money needed.

]]> I am due to have two of my wisdom teeth removed within the next week or so.  I never had any of my teeth pulled and I am not sure what to expect.  How long will I be in pain for?  I going to be put to sleep so I know I be fine during but I hear people really hurt for a while afterwords.  Should I ask for days off from work or will I be okay to go to work the next day?

Due to cost factors people without dental insurance see the dentist less by deferring off needed dental care.   However one can not deffer off dental care and have the problem fix it self.   When dental services are deferred for too long  a possible simple cleaning can lead into a filling which can lead into a root canal and so on.  In the end  it means higher and higher dental care cost.

There are many low cost dental insurance plans that offer free to very low cost preventive care. By maintaining your preventive dental care you can stop the progression of larger more costly dental care needs.
