My Braces cuts up the inside of my lips.
Because of my braces my teeth are shifting and now the there is a spot where they hit my lips more then before. Now I have small cuts how can I fix this problem? Do I leave it alone. Will it heal but itself? It does hurt me a little so I would like to try to get it to heal faster. Also my braces seem to be hurting me a little as well not sure why. I have them tightened before and they did not really bother me.

Since this seems to be a new issue for you, you may not have needed it before but ask your orthodontic dentist for dental wax. You put the wax on your braces where they are cutting up your lip and this will help keep them from scratching you.

Get the wax it will help you with your problem. You should be able to get this free at your Orthodontic office. However, if is easier for you, you may be able to find some in stores like Walmart, CVC, RightAid places like that.
As far as your pain it is normally when your braces get adjusted that you may feel some pain afterwards. Your teeth will adjust to that and you should feel better. See if taking a minor over the counter pain relief helps. If you are still bother by it talk to your dentist they may be able to help you.
