I had all four of my wisdom teeth pulled out at once. It has been only two days ago so I am still in some pain and I even bleed once in a while if I am not careful about what I am eating. I would like to know how long will it take for the gums to heal?
I am having to eat really soft food because I do not want any food to get caught in the holes that are left. I would like some idea of how much longer I have to put up with this. Thanks
I just had my Wisdom teeth pulled yesterday and I am still bleeding a little. I hate the taste of blood and it is making me ill. Is there any way to stop the bleeding all together? The gauze is not helping me much at all. I am in pain and not feeling well and just want at least the bleeding to stop. Please offer me some good advise.
My dad and a back molar tooth pulled. Really he what was left of the tooth pulled out since there was no way of saving the tooth. He can not get a bridge until he heals completely. His problem is that he says he is still bleeding hour after having the tooth stub pulled.
Is this normal or should he see the dentist? He is not bleeding alot just on and off. Any advise on how to stop the bleeding he said it is starting to make him sick.
I have one tooth in the back where it had some decay on it and I brok a part of it a few days back. I do not have dental insurance but I did go to a dentist and was told that i should pull it and get a bridge or implant. Both would cost me more money then what I have. I was hoping just to save the tooth.
If I have no choice and I have to pull the tooth how bad would it be to just leave it at that. I can afford to pull the tooth since that is only $89. Should I get a second dental opinion to see if the tooth can be saved? Opinons please
One of my back top wisdom teeth is broken I know it needs to be pulled. It has be given me problems but I just to scared to really have it pulled out. I never had to have one of my teeth pulled but the dentist wants to not only pull the one wisdom tooth but the other top wisdom tooth as well.
I never got the bottom wisdom teeth so I am lucky there. My dentist said to me that I need to have at least the one tooth pulled ASAP, or it will only continue to hurt and it may abscess on me. I do not want that to happen. However I never had major dental work done and I am scared it is going to hurt.

I have a bad back tooth it is the last molar on the bottom right side of my mouth. I seem to be always having problems with that tooth on and off. I went to the dentist that said he could save it by doing a root canal and putting a crown on it.
I have dental insurance so that will help me some regarding the cost. However, I really just wanted it pulled. I had filling done on this tooth twice before and I am tired of messing with it. The dentist said he could pull it but would advise against it. Saying that my teeth may start to shift.
It is in the back and I really do not care. Will my teeth really start to shift that badly without it? Wanting to pull it but would that be a big mistake?
I have not been to the dentist in over seven years. I just never could afford to go to one. I am financially getting better but I know I will not be able to pay in full for a root canal. The tooth that is broken is the one that is really hurting me. It is more the half gone and I been dealing with it up until now were the pain just will not stop no matter what I do or take for that matter.
If I have the tooth pulled would it be cheaper the a root canal? Or will having a root canal cheaper. Are there still dentist willing to take a payment plan. Believe it or not I have good credit because although I do not have much money I always paid my bills on time. I just need help can you offer me some good advise.
So I will be having four baby teeth pulled on Monday. I am very nervous about having this dental work done. I am an Adult of 22 years of age but had four baby teeth that never came out. Which made the adult teeth come in all crooked. My parents could not afford to do much with regards to having my teeth taken care of. The only thing they could afford was the cleanings twice a year. I was very lucky never to get any cavities.
Now that I can pay for my teeth to be straighten the first step is to remove my baby teeth. I will not say I am scared, but I never had to have this type of dental work before. What I would like to know is does pulling teeth hurt? I am not big on pain so I would like to know what to expect. Thanks

I also will need a very affordable dentist and I am not sure where to start looking for that. Finlly my friends tell me I need to get dental insurance and I should be able to get something that can help me right away with no waiting periods as that I have my current dental needs.
Can you please offer me advise on what type of dental insurance will help me the best and start right away since I am not sure how much longer I can deal with my pain. Thanks
So I have an Impacted wisdom tooth in the bottom right back of my mouth. Although I have dental insurance they will not cover having my wisdom tooth removed until February of next year. This tooth is starting to hurt me now and I do not think that I can put it off until February to get it removed. The other part of the problem is I do not think I can afford to have it removed without help from the insurance company paying for most of it. What can I do to get the work done now but make it affordable for me to be able to pay for it .
I know I need my two bottom wisdom teeth removed. Though right now they are not giving me any issues I was told by a dentist two months ago it is something I should have done. I also have two missing top teeth that I currently have a bridge for. I knock my teeth out in a car accident may moon ago.
I would like to know what dentist does a wisdom teeth removal and implants. I have always wanted implants for my missing teeth but could not afford them until now. Who would I see my general dentist does not do this type of work.
So I just had two of my wisdom teeth removed. I was really surprised how well things went. I was really scared at first not knowing if I would feel anything. The dentist put me to sleep and it was over before I even knew it. The pain is not really all that bad at first but I think that was because I was still a little out of it.
Now the next day I do feel really bad. My mouth hurts and my cheeks are swollen. I can only eat really soft stuff like pudding. So my question is this how long should I be in pain? How long will I have swollen cheeks? I never had any teeth pulled before so I think it would help knowing some kind of time frame.
My husband needs to have all the remaining teeth he has pulled out so that he can get a complete set of dentures uppers and lowers. This teeth have always been in bad shape since he was a child do to his diabetes. He has dental insurance though work but it is not the greatest. Our out of pocket cost is still around $3700.00.
The problem is we just do not have that kind of money to spend right now. I however, do not want him to continue to suffer with his bad teeth. I am really upset over this since the dentist will not even workout any type of payment plan. We could afford about $100.00 a month until it is paid off. Does anyone have any idea on what we can do. I want my husband to smile again. He is just a giving man and he does so much for our family always putting himself last.
My son had an adult teeth coming out behind the baby tooth. So I took him to see the dentist as to way the baby tooth as not yet come out. In fact it is not even loose because I tried to pull on it a little to see. His dentist stated that this happen sometimes that the adult tooth will given time push the baby tooth out but he advises pulling it. He said that by pulling it it will help with the adult teeth coming out.
However after that he advises use to pull three other baby teeth that have yet to come out since he said there is a likely hood that those teeth will do the same. I guess I am fine will pulling the one tooth but should I really have the other three pulled now or can I wait. I mean they may just fall out on their own.
I Need to have two of my bottom wisdom teeth removed since if I do not they will cause me to have crooked teeth. I do not have the room for them to come in like I did for my top teeth. My bottom wisdom teeth are starting to cut though but the dentist said if I do not get them out now they will be pushing my other teeth causing issue.
My dilemma is that I do not want to go to sleep to have my teeth pulled out. I am more afraid of having someone put me to sleep then any kind of pain I may have by not going under. My general dentist that is telling to to have the wisdom teeth pulled said I would need to go to an oral surgeon. This makes me think I have to be put to sleep. If that is the case I know I will not pull the teeth even if I need to.
Will an oral surgeon pull the teeth by just numbing me up? Can that be done? My mom had a tooth pulled with just being really numb up but that was at a general dentist. What can I do?
Can’t stop thinking about my surgery
I will be going in to the Oral surgeon to have six of my teeth pulled. I have really bad teeth and pulling them is the only choice left to me. After word I will be getting partials until they review how I am healing and see if I can have implants or not.
This is really going to make my mouth look 100% better I know this. However I am scared about the process of having so many teeth pulled at once. I do not know what to expect. Will I be in a lot of pain afterwords? How long should it take for my gums to heal? I will be so happy when this is over but the waiting is making me sick since all I do is fret about it. Any advise or helpful information would be appreciate.
I will be having my two top wisdom’s teeth removed Friday. I am nervous about getting them removed because I had a really bad experience with having the two bottom wisdom teeth removed. When I got those teeth remove my general dental said he could pull them. He got one out okay but the second one was a nightmare. It took him over an hour to pull it out in pieces.
I am now going to see an oral surgeon for the top two wisdom teeth. I know I should not have the same type of problem like before. I also will be asleep this time so that should really me get though the process much better. Knowing this I am still a little worried. I am looking for some good advise that will make me feel better about having the teeth pulled.
My son has a lose baby tooth that is ready to come out. I do not think it is nessary to have have dentest pull a tooth that is almost out anyway. What are some of the ways to pull this tooth out so that his adult tooth has the room to come in?
I just got one of my wisdom teeth removed. The one one the left bottom side of my mouth. It as been three hours now and I am still feeling numb from the Novocaine. My pass experiences with Novocaine the numbness only lasted an hour or two. Should I be worried that half my mouth is still numb?
Does having your wisdom teeth pulled really hurt excessively
My sister will be having all four wisdom teeth pulled on Friday. The next day Saturday is a wedding shower that I will be having for our other sister as a surprise. This was already planed out and I can not change the dates. I told her not to worry about not coming since our sister will know that she just got her teeth pulled. She still wants to come and I am okay with that but I think she will have be in a lot of pain since it is the day after.
What is the recovery time of having wisdom teeth extractions? Will she be okay to come. I know our mom will be mad if she goes when she ins not feeling well.
