I have a bad bad toothache need help
I have this
tooth in the back that has be hurting me on and off for a while. It was not so bad so I have been able to manage with it. Now however, I woke up with the worst toothache pain ever. I have no money to see a
dentist about this toothache or to get it fixed for that matter. I have no
dental insurance and do not know what to do.
Anyone have any advise on what I can do to get rid of this pain? Help please

Well you can see how putting things off until they become a greater issue, is normally not a good idea. Maybe when you first started having the pain it would not have been to costly to fix.
Now you are at a point where you did nothing and now still have not done anything and you seem surprised that you are in such pain.
There was some action you could have taken before you got to this point.
1) You could have started putting money away when you frist starting having this problem. That is what defer maintenance means, you put off until you can save money to get it done.
2) You could have bought a dental insurance plan for yourself. So that you could have lower your dental cost.
3) You could have taken care of your teeth better so that you would not have had a toothache pain in the first place.
Seems to me by the way you worded your questions you want the dental fairies to come down and magically fix your toothache for free.
As far as I can see you still have a few choices to make. You can continue doing nothing and take pain killers for the pain or use Orajel to numb the pain. That will not fix the tooth but it may control the pain for you.
You can now start looking into getting a dental insurance or dental discount plan. So that you can better afford any dental work that is needed in order to fix your tooth.
You can see about going to a dental school. They are normally if not free still cheaper then going to a regular dentist.

Oh you poor thing toothaches are the worse. I am sorry to say however, that I do not see any other way around the fact that in order to fix your tooth you need to go to the dentist.
I guess for now until you can go, try using an over the counter pain killer. Orajel may help to. I agree it will not fix the problem but may help you out until you can afford to fix your tooth.

Go to a dentist. Call around until you find a dentist that is willing to accept monthly payments.
