Really scared started bleeding after wisdom tooth removal.
I just had my wisdom
teeth remove Tuesday. I did what I was told and changed out the gauze until the bleeding stopped. Since today I am still in some pain I had some chicken noodle soup thinking that would be okay since you do not need to chew all the much.
After I was done I rinsed out my mouth as told to do so. When I spit out I notice I was bleeding again. I am scared that I open my stitches or something. One of the extractions on the top is bleeding a lot. What should I do? I am scared that I will get an infection now or I did something wrong. My mom and dad are at work right now or I would tell them. Please let me know it this is normal or not.

Joe do not worry so much you just had the teeth removed. They can bleed for a few days on and off until they are fully healed.
Just use the gauze until the bleeding stops. You may want to rinse your mouth out with warm salt water. Just continue to take care the extraction sites by following the after care instructions your dentist would have given you.
When your parents get home just let them know that you did bleed a little so that they can stay informed.
