Sour candies and their effects on your teeth
Just how bad is sour candies
I have heard how soda is bad for your teeth and can cause tooth decay. However now they are saying that sour candies are just as bad. I do not know why since if you look on most sour candy label they are sugar free. So what is the problem with sour candies and how are they just as bad as soda.?

The problem with sour candies is that although some are sugar free, the acid that makes them sour in the first place, wears down your tooth enamel. Making your teeth week and open to tooth decay.
Also keep in mind that hard sour candy that you suck on and leave in your mouth is also a problem. Because the acid stays in your mouth a longer time frame.
If you are a sour candy person then drink milk to off set the acid the candy as.

Sour candies are bad just like soda, sour candies has acids that wear down your tooth enamel. However as long as you are not having a sour candy on a daily bases and only once in a while you would not have to worry so much about it.
It when you do something in excess that there becomes a problem.
