You are really in a tight pinch. I would suggest for your pain now try washing your mouth out two to three times a day with warm salt water. And taking Advile or Tylenol when needed.
However that will not fix your problem with the tooth and why it may be hurting you. I can understand a tight budget so one thing you may what to look at is a dental discount plan to at least help off set your dental cost. A dental discount plan is a low monthly cost plan.
Also try and see if you have any services you can use for a low income family.

Try looking into a dental school to get your dental work done. My girl friend when to USC and they did a really good job and it only cost her a third of the price quoted to her at a general dentist.
I think cost is based on your income so it can very but it is worth looking into.

Try making some phone calls to your local dental office and see if they are willing to workout some kind of payment plan. There are some dentist that are willing to work thing out with people.

Not knowing were you live I can only suggest that you try looking into your local services. Many states offer services to low income. Services including dental. Check you phone book to local state run services
