The other day I went to my dentist for my six month cleaning. I had no X-rays taken since they already took them the last time I was in six months ago. At that time my teeth had no cavities and I just got my cleaning. This time however after my cleaning was does my dentist comes to look at my teeth and pokes around. Then stated I have to cavities. They were small but should be filled.
My thing is how would he know with out taking any new X-rays. He is saying that they are really small and just a one service filling would be done on both. If they are small how can he see them. I was a little put off by this news since I was fine six months ago and he did not take any new X-rays. What up? Should I just trust him. I do not even really know him since his assistant is the one that always cleans my teeth.
