Second Opinion, Dental, Dentist Question, Bad Teeth need Help
Thank you for your help on my last post. I made up my mind to over come my fears of going to the dentist. I made a dentist appointment to see a dentist in two weeks. The thing is I am very embarrassed about how bad I let my teeth become.
Like I said in my prior post my teeth are so bad it hurts to brush. What should I do before going to the appointment? Should I brush and floss and mouthwash regardless of any pain I may have. I do not want to go into the dentist with my teeth being any nastier then they have to.

I am glad to hear you are going to go to the dentist it is so important that you take care of your oral health. Do not worry about the dentist no good dentist is going to make you feel about about your teeth.
I do think that you should try and brush your teeth the best you can before seeing the dentist if only to have a clean mouth.

Great news Aaron. I would brush your teeth even if it hurts a little. You do not want to go to your dentist appointment without cleaning your teeth the best you can before hand. I can not see any dentist like having someone come to them if they have not brushed their teeth at all.

Arron do your best and brush your teeth. If it really hurts you too much then at least wash your mouth out with warm salt water twice a day every day until you see the dentist. Right before going to the dentist use a strong mouthwash to help kill the germs but to also help with your breath.

Well you should do the best you can with your teeth until seeing a dentist. I would not worry so much dentist have seen better and worse teeth then yours. It is part of their job. The important fact is that you are going to start taking care of your teeth and oral health regardless of your fears. That is great news.
