Question about teeth whitening and smoking
I had my teeth whiten at the dentist a little over a year ago. I am a light smoker but have been tyring to quit and only smoke once or twice a week which compared to what I use to do almost a pack every two to three days I have made really good progress.
My question is that although my teeth are still white they are not as white as they use to be when I first had the whitening treatment done. Should I go back to the dentist to have them re whiten or wait until I am able to fully quit smoking altogether. Which I am weening off and hope to be done with smoking in another few months. What would be best?

First let me say great job and I only wish you continue luck an quitting smoking. That is so important and it is good to see you are making progress.
You may want to try and over the counter whiten strips. They should help maintain your teeth from getting stained up and then after you finally quite smoking completely if you want to have another whiten treatment at the dentist then why not treat yourself.
