Dental opinions on what to do about an impacted wisdom tooth.
I hoping you can offer up some help. I have a top wisdom tooth that I have been told has become impacted and should be removed as soon as possible so that it does not start causing more problems with my other teeth. However the dentist I go to told me I would need to see an oral surgeon to have the tooth removed.
I found out that the plan I have though work will not cover me to see any specialist. So I got a cash quote of $1146.00. this is just way to much and I need help with how I am going to have my tooth pulled at a price cost I an afford any suggestions.

Shop out your dentist see if you can find a dentist that will offer you a payment plan so that you can better afford to have the work done.

You can get a dental discount plan and save at least twenty percent off their specialist. Look into those types of dental plans and see if you can find any oral surgeons.

My dental insurance plan is like that as well. Whenever I have to see a specialist I just use my dental discount plan and get the saving. To me at that point any saving better then nothing at all.
