I was told by my dentist that I have soft teeth which makes me more prone to getting cavities. I am wanting to know if there is any good toothpaste/mouthwash or both that will help my teeth issues and make it so I do not get cavities.

Have you spoken to your dentist about dental sealants? Sealants are not too costly and sometimes are covered under dental insurance. If not you could get a dental discount plan and get discounted saving off of dental sealants being done.

The have toothpaste that is has enamel protection. I do not think name brand matters. When you go to buy toothpaste look for the ones that state tooth enamel protection/care. See if that helps. Also if you are not a big flosser get to be one. Flossing really helps reduce cavities and gum issues.

I have the same issues with my teeth and I was told by my dentist to just brush after every major meal. To use a soft bristle toothbrush and to floss about twice a day.
He said if I still get a cavity after that then I should think about getting dental sealants or bounding done. So far No new cavities for the last six months.
