New Jersey dental opinons on fillings
Right now I do not have dental insurance and need to have three fillings. I can get the silver fillings done and it would still be within my budget. However I would rather have the tooth color fillings though the cost is high and I can not easily afford to have them done. I am not sure what to do in the long run would it be better for me to pay more even though it would be hard for me to ? Or get the cheap fillings and worry about changing them out when I have more money.

My suggestion would be to get one of our dental discount plans so that the savings start right away and get the white filling you are wanting at the reduce cost to you under the plan.

If you go and get the sliver fillings now you will not be able to change them out latter on to white filling and be covered under a dental insurance plan.
You can if you get a dental discount plan but I do not see the point of paying for dental services twice. I really think you would be better office you save to get the white color filling you want to have in the first place.

Silver filling are not bad if they are in the back no one ever sees them so why pay more for white fillings if you can not afford them? If the cavities are in the front then I do agree save until you have the money for white tooth color fillings.
It is also a good idea to get a dental discount plan inorder to save money I have one and I have saved a lot of money off my dental services.
