Dental discount plans reviewing the Q-Direct Plus Plan

I live in NJ  and I see that you have a few plan for my review.  I think that I like  the Q-Direct plus discount plan.  It seem really straight forward and I like the fact that it also seems to have a larger fee schedules for dental services showing my discounted prices.

Never having bought any type of discount plans before and only having to deal with dental insurance is there anything that I should know about before buying?
