When buying a dental discount plan what is some of the key things to keep in mind?  I would like to get a dental plan but I am just not sure what I should be reviewing and comparing between the plans.

There are so many in NY which is good I guess but I never bought a dental plan before and I have been without dental insurance for over five years.  It is getting to costly for me to continue paying cash for my dental services without some help.  Can you advise which plan is the better one to get for the state of New York.
